요즘 IT 시스템 고장이 많이 일어나네요.
작년에 델타도 비슷한 문제로 전항공편이 멈췄던적이 있는데. 이번에는 어떤 문제 일지...
타이밍상 델타때처럼 소프트웨어 버그가 아니라 ransomware 공격 당한게 아닐까 싶네요. 요즘 scattered spider가 항공사들 노리고 있었거든요...하와이안도 얼마전에 공격당했는데 둘이 합병했으니 연관 있을수도 있구요
At approximately 8 p.m. Pacific on July 20, we experienced an IT outage that resulted in a temporary, system-wide ground stop for Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air flights. As of 11 p.m. Pacific, the ground stop has been lifted, and our operations have resumed. As we reposition our aircraft and crews, there will most likely be residual impacts to our flights. It will take some time to get our overall operations back to normal.
일단 밤 11시에 정상화 복귀 들어갔다는 내용은 올라왔네요.
어제 저녁에 마일리지 항공권 바꾸려고 웹사이트에 들어갔는데 로그인이 안되더라구요. 앱은 잘 됐었는데 이거때문이었나 보네요
난리가 났던거 같습니다.. 어제 flight status앱으로 확인해보니 Sea-Tac에 도착한 비행기들도 활주로 유도로에 한 두시간씩 그냥 방치되어 있더라구요..
