파랑새 계정이 닫혔습니다

월마트에서 아이패드를 리턴할때 '어떤카드에 크레딧 넣을래?' 해서 충전도할겸 겸사겸사 파랑새를 이용한게 화근입니다.
$538.92 인데 사용내역에 없는 금액이라고 계정은 클로징되고 이 금액은 월마트매장으로 돌아간다고 하네요. 파랑새에 전화해보니 자기네들은 할수있는게 없다네요.
파랑새 제대로 공부하고 사용할걸 하며 후회하고 있습니다.
