I just learned that I was charged $65 annual fee. I truly enjoy the SPG Amex credit card since I opened it last year. However, I wonder if you can waive the annual fee for me as one of loyal customers. If so, I will be appreciated it so much. If you are not able to do that or there seems no way for me to get that waiver benefit, can you please offer me 5,000 SPG point as a retention bonus? Thanks so much for your attention to this matter.
