프론티어 Frontier 를 내일 타는데 지연 소식없이 바우처를 준다하네요. (알고보니 캔슬 ㅠ)

이거 완전 당황스러운데요 ㅠㅠ 지금 덴버 공항에 들어가서 보니깐 DEN-JAC 편이 캔슬됐네요 ㅠㅠ 아 진짜 당황스럽네.. 이러고 200불 바우처 준다니.. ㅠㅠㅠ 얘기도 안해주고... 이런 상황이면 렌터카는 어떻게 해야할까요. 아 진짜 당황스럽네요;;

당장 내일 아침 비행기인데... 갑자기 1시간 전에 이런 메일이 왔네요. 놀래서 프론티어 사이트에 들어갔는데 아직 정상 운항 한다고 뜹니다.

 

공항 사이트에도 보면 스케줄은 그대로고... DTW-DEN, DEN-JAC 연결편입니다. 메일엔 미안하다고 하면서 바우처 사용법만 나오고 이런 경우는 처음이네요.

 

내일 아침에 일찍 나가야하는데 어떻게 해야할 지 고민입니다 ㅠ

Electronic Travel Voucher
Electronic Travel Vouchers may be applied toward the purchase of any Frontier flight.

• Not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used for group bookings, combined with other vouchers or used toward ancillary fees unless at initial booking.
• Available for one-time use, with no remaining value after redemption.
• Travel must be booked within 90 days from date of issue.
  Note: There are no restrictions on travel date.
• If voucher does not cover the entire value of the purchase, any remaining balance due must be paid by the customer using a valid credit card.
• Not transferable and may only be redeemed in the name of the passenger to whom it was issued.
• The name on the new reservation must match the old reservation.
