Please be advised that Hyatt’s management of and affiliation with the Hyatt Regency Jeju will cease on August 31, 2019 as of 11:59pm Korea Standard Time. The hotel will no longer be a Hyatt-branded property. Hyatt will continue to book reservations for the hotel for future reservations through all Hyatt reservations channels, up until 11:59pm Korea Standard Time on August 31, 2019. The new operator will honor existing reservations for dates on or after September 1, 2019 on the same terms. Due to this change, World of Hyatt members will not be eligible to receive World of Hyatt program benefits, including World of Hyatt points and World of Hyatt free nights redemption for stays after August 31, 2019 and beyond. Redemption of World of Hyatt free nights requested and confirmed prior to May 2, 2019 will be honored as booked. // The maximum number of guests per room is two adults and two children (12 years old). Rollaway beds are available, priced at KRW 50,000 per night. Additional duvets are priced at KRW 30,000 and baby cribs are priced at KRW 20,000 per night. A bed guard is priced at KRW 10,000 per night. In-room minibar service is not available from December 1, 2018. As an alternative, selected drinks and snacks are available in Deli located on the lobby floor.
