아직 주치의 선생님 만나려면 일주일 이상 기다려야 하는데, 구글링으로는 해석하는데 한계가 잇네요.
15년 전쯤에 허리디스크 판정 받고 이래저래 관리해오고 잇는중인데, 2달전쯤에 허리통증이 조금 심하게 와서 카이로 선생님 만나고, 주치의 선생님한테 스테로이드 처방받고 햇는데, 통증이 사라지지 않고 오르락 내리락 하는 와중에 지난주에 MRI. 찍었습니다. ㅠㅠ
L1-L2, L2-3 and L3-4: No disc bulge or herniation. Facets appear unremarkable. Neuroforamina appear patent.
Spinal canal appears unremarkable.
L4-L5: Minimal diffuse disc bulge with central annular fissuring. Facets appear unremarkable. Neuroforamina appear
patent. Spinal canal appears unremarkable.
L5-S1: Minimal disc bulge with small central disc protrusion. Moderate bilateral facet disease. Neuroforamina appear
patent.Spinal canal appears unremarkable.
Visualized portion of the sacrum: Normal.
Paravertebral/Prevertebral soft tissues: Normal.
IMPRESSION:
Degenerative disease most prominent at L4-5 and L5-S1 as detailed above. Central annular fissuring at L4-5. No
disc herniations. No central canal stenosis. Neuroforamina are patent.
주치의 선생님이랑 follow up 하겟지만 기다리는 동안에 리포트에서 어떻게 나온건지 궁금해서요.
