We're writing to inform you of some changes we will be making to your American Express® Serve Account. These changes will take effect on May 21, 2013.
Here's what's new:
- ATM Transactions - A $2 fee will apply to each ATM withdrawal. This fee will be waived if you are enrolled in direct deposit and you use our MoneyPass®network of more than 22,000 ATMs.
- Pay Bills - A new bill payment function that you can use to make one-time payments from your Serve Account to companies or individuals that you select.
These changes will be outlined in the Serve Consumer User Agreement, which you can read here.
