내용인즉은 please be aware that new charges will be declined on your account. we need to speak with you. it is important that you contact us immediately.라고해서 적혀있는 전화번호로 전화를 했읍니다.그랬더니 protection purpose로 내가 거래하는 은행이랑 삼자 통화(amex&citibank&나)를 해서 나의 계좌정보(주소랑 이름이 일치하는지 소셜정보랑 mother's maiden name등등)을 확인(confirm)한뒤 이젠 됐으니 그 카드를 써도 된다고 합니다. 카드 쓰면서 이런 경험은 처음입니다. 찝찝한거 같기도 하고 혹시 내가 온라인으로 페이먼트를 해서그러는지 모르겠네요. 이런 일도 있는건가요?
