인터넷으로 결재를 했는데, 이멜이 하나 오면서 이런 문구가 뜹니다.

이거 그냥 냅두면 결재가 되는건가요? 제가 아는 구매가 아니라면 어떻게 하라는 지시는 있는데, 제가 구매를 맞게 한거면 어떻게 하라는 지시가 없네요
