이번에 하얏 BRG로 customer service agent와 실랑이를 벌이는 중에 agent가 아래와 같은 말을 하더군요.
그냥 막연하게 다른 호텔 체인 BRG와 비슷하게 생각했는데 hyatt은 좀 다르네요..
We do not consider the cancellation policy when comparing rates. We simply compare the same room type, dates, hotel, and any inclusions. Therefore we take the lowest rate on each website and compare accordingly.
보통 왠만하면 refundable rate으로 예약하고 BRG로 모든 컨디션이 같은 방을 찾아서 넣는데, Hyatt은 취소요건은 고려하지 않는것 같습니다.
그냥 두 웹사이트 열어놓고 어디가 싼지만 비교하는 듯 합니다.
그렇다면 그냥 refundable rate으로 예약하고, 최저가 (advanced rate 이든 아니든)만 하얏과 다른 사이트에서 찾아서 올리면 BRG가 될 듯 합니다.
