회사 401k매칭 관련해서
will match 50% of your contributions up to 6% of your pro-rated annual salary (3% max) per paycheck with a 4-year vesting schedule.
Employer contributions vest over a 4-year period. Any part of this account which is not vested will be forfeited when you leave the Company.
1 Year of Service 25% Vested
2 Year of Service 50% Vested
3 Year of Service 75% Vested
4 Year of Service 100% Vested
라고 하는데요..
이말인즉슨
만약 제가 연봉이 $80000이고 maximum 으로 꽉꽉 채워서 1년에 $18000 붓는다고 하면
1년 후 퇴사 = 본인불입금 $18,000 + $ 2250 (회사 Matching $9,000 의 25%)
2년 후 퇴사 = 본인불입금 $36,000 + $ 9000 (회사 Matching $18,000 의 50%)
3년 후 퇴사 = 본인불입금 $54,000 + $ 20250 (회사 Matching $27,000 의 75%)
4년 후 퇴사 = 본인불입금 $72,000 + $ 36,000 (회사 Matching $36,000 의 100%)
에서 6% of annual salary ($80000*0.06 = $4800)와 3%max는 어떻게 들어가는건가요
이부분이 헷갈리네요 ㅠ
