SPG-Amex 쓴지 일년이 지나서 회비가 차지 되었습니다.
그래서 secured messasge 로 이메일을 보내서 fee waive해줄수 있냐 그랬더니 안된다고 하더라구요.
그래서 답장으로 리텐션 보너스 줄수 있냐 그랬더니 다음과 같은 답장을 받았습니다
Unfortunately, we cannot issue Starpoints, unless there is an offer on the Card account.
As your Card doesn't have any active offer right now, we are unable to issue the Starpoints.
이거 다시 message보내봤자 별 효과가 없을것 같은데 전화로 try하면 가능할까요?
