The San Antonio Spurs have traded Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green to the Toronto Raptors

The Oklahoma City Thunder have agreed to trade forward Carmelo Anthony to the Atlanta Hawks, where he will be waived and will become a free agent.
The Houston Rockets are the front-runners to sign Anthony, who also is considering the Miami Heat, league sources said.
