North American Stage Session Tour 2019

When it comes to Korean hip hop, Show Me the Money showcases the best talent in the region. The popular Mnet series has made stars out of rappers such as Basick and Hangzoo. Fans that watched their recent season are aware of the immense talent seen during the competition. If you're interested in hearing the future of Korean hip hop, you'll get your chance to see it up close and personal next year.

The Stage Session Vol. 1 North American tour will bring along a slew of names from the seventh season of Show Me the Money. Headlining the tour is Nafla, who won the competition. Runner up Loopy, who is signed to MKIT RAIN along with Nafla, will also join him on stage. Mommy Son is slated to perform several of his fan favorites, including the viral hit “Shonen Jump.” The rapper originally competed during season two of the show as Mad Clown. Under that moniker, he obtained hits such as "Without You," "Lost Without You," and "Love is a Dog From Hell".

Mommy Son isn't the only former contestant to take part of this tour. Nucksal, who competed last season, continued his reality show tour as a host of High School Rapper and a cast member of Everyday Swag. He is best known for his singles "1/N," "Filament," and "Brrr Get$". Deepflow, who is the founder of hip hop record label Vismajor Company, won for Best Hip Hop Song at the 2016 Korean Music Awards with "Cut Cut Cut," which features Nucksal. Deepflow and Nucksal were both judges for the show's recent season.

The tour will make its way to major cities such as Seattle (Showbox SoDo on Jan. 23), Los Angeles (The Novo on Jan. 26), and New York City (Terminal 5 on Feb. 1). Tickets for this trek will go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 6 p.m. local time. Aside from general admission, there's early entry and VIP offers available.
