오늘 드디어 2달만에 Congrats! 이메일을(크리딧까진 며칠 걸리겠지만) 받았습니다 !! ㅎㅎㅎ ㅠㅠ
구글에 따로 연락하진 않았고요.. 중간에 Chase Dispute팀에서 연락와서 상황설명 해달라고 해서 해준거 말고는 없네요..
그냥 반 포기하고 기다리고 있었더니 들어오긴 하네요..

다들 Chase Offer잘 사용하고 계신가요?
스타벅스나 던킨, 알디는 잘 들어오는데
전 한달전에 사용한 Google Express Credit은 아직 못받고 있네요..($14불 상당)
혹시 받으신 분 있으신가요?
Chase과도 커뮤니케이션이 쉽지 않네요
Chase는 statement credit posting에 책임만 있지 credit자체는 third party가 넣어줘야 되는 구조 같아요..
결론은 Google Express에 연락을 해서 풀어야될거 같은데..
연락처도 막막하고 그냥 커스터머에 연락하면 계속 전화가 돌거 같은데. .ㅠㅠ
어디서부터 설명을 다시 해야되나.. 막막하네요

며칠이 지나도 아무런 이메일도 없고(아멕스에 너무 used된듯).. 흠 notification이 없어서 sm을 살짝 보내봄..
아래와같이 시간이 좀 걸린다고 하니 기다려 봄

더 늦게 사용한 스타벅스나 던킨은 들어온것을 확인함. 카드 statement closing도 지나고 Google Express는 너무 안들어오는거 같아서.. 다시 sm을 보내봄

갑자기.. 이메일로 지원할 수 없으니 전화를 하라고 함. 뭥미?
사실 전화로 하면 너무 기다리기도 하고..이건 app으로만 확인가능한거니 전화로는 설명하기 더 힘들거 같은데 좀 도와달라고 다시 보내봄

알디말고 Google Express라고 한 열번 이야기한거 같은데 또 알디라고 .... 아 ㅠㅠ
스크린샷을 이전에 보낸적이 있느데 또 보내라고 함.. 그래도 친절히 보내줌. 다시 기다리라고 함
Could you please provide the offer details or the specific offer that you applied for? If you have a screenshot of the offer that would be helpful as well.
I do there was a credit 12/13 listed as Offer:Aldi for a credit of $1.80.

드디어 Google Express라고 인정했음!!! 근데 disclaimer에 보면.. .자기네는 statement credit posting만 하지 책임이 없다고 google에 연락하고 함..

난 요청한적없는데... 왜...? 안해도 돼. 나 갤탭 잘 쓰고 있다고.. 그냥 구글 연락처 좀 알려줘.. 라고 다시 답장을 보냄. 아...
