얼마전, 아마존에서 핸드폰을 하나 샀는데 (수전증이 문제인지 ㅠ.ㅠ;) 떨어트려서 스크린이 박살났네요.
그래서 아멕스 카드로 산게 기억나서 assurance 이용, purchase protection claim 했는데 ... decline 당했네요!!!

작년까지만 해도 상관없이 잘 되었던 거 같던데? 이제는 안되는 건가요? ㅠ.ㅠ;
그리고 언제부터 바뀌었나요?
