텍스 리턴 문제없이 잘 했는데,
주정부 쪽에서 penalty 내라고 연락이 왔습니다.
오잉? 난 낼거 제 때 다 냈는데?? 라며 왠 페널티야?? 라고 물어보니 아래와 같이 답글이 왔는데,
이게 80%의 택스 리턴을 미리 냈었어야 한다...는 말인가요?

You were assessed an M-2210 underpayment of estimated tax penalty. Generally, you need to pay at least 80% of your annual income tax liability before you file your return for the year. Payments are made in the form of withholding or estimated tax payments. You were penalized because you did not meet the installment payment requirements.
