5/2/2020 update:
마지막 업뎃입니다. 생각보다 credit statement 들어오는데 시간이 걸렸네요. 오늘 개인 플랫 어카운트로 $2,500 잘 들어왔습니다. 처음에 비지니스 카드번호를 줬다가 생고생했네요.
짧은 리뷰:
process:
생각보다 respond 하는데 빠르더라구요. 가끔 리마인드를 해 줘야 할때가 있었지만 달라는 서류 upload드 해주면 금방금방 리뷰하고 다음 task를 줬었습니다. 서류 시작후 (rate lock) 이후 funding 까지 한달 정도 소요됐던 것 같습니다. rate match도 생각보다 간편했구요. (Rating: 9/10)
customer service:
이것 역시 전화 붙잡고 있을일이 없으니 좋더군요. 이번에 8주 동안 credit statement 기다리고 있는 중에도 먼저 연락이 와서 카드번호 확인해보더라구요. 그때 비즈카드는 안된다는 것도 알았구요. (Rating: 9/10)
After Funding:
제 경우는 마지막 notary 서류하러 오신분이 벌써 제 mortgage가 transfer (다른회사로 팔리는) 되는 회사 information을 알려주시더라구요. 전형적으로 loan을 성사시켜놓고 다른 곳으로 파는 회사 같습니다. 그래서 첫 payment 도 better.com으로 못 내고 다른 회사 (Mr. Cooper) 로 내게 되었네요. 이 상황이 뭐 저에게 불이익을 준건아니지만 좀 번거로운 건 사실입니다. 아 그리고 제 앞으로 insurance 사라고 광고 우편 겁나게 오네요. 이것도 단점이라면 단점 (Rating: 5/10)
Overall:
나름 rate도 잘 받고 $2,500 도 챙겨가고. 어렵지 않았던 refi 였네요. 유 경험자로서 아직 생각중이신 분들에게 추천할 만 합니다. 다들 건강하시구요!

펀딩이후 $2,500 statement credit이 8주 정도 지나도 안들어오길래 알아봤더니 한가지 모르고 있던 사실이 있었어요. statement credit 받을 수 있는 카드는 개인카드만 가능하답니다. 제가 처음에 비지니스 카드로 돌려받을 생각을 하다보니 여태 딜레이가 됐었나봐요. 참고하시기 바랍니다.
