요 며칠 계속 재융자 관련해서 알아보면서 몇몇 모기지 회사에 제 연락처를 남겼고..
좋은 이율을 제시한 브로커에게 정확한 에스티메이트를 요청했더니 자기네 사이트를 통해서 어플리케이션을 제출하라더라구요..
그래서 자세한 정보를 넣고 견적요청을 했더니 아래와 같은 이메일이 왔어요..
Your loan application is available to view in Loan Center. It is a secure, password-protected website that provides 24-hour access to the status and details of the application. You can also view, sign, and return all required documents through the Loan Center portal. Please follow the instructions found below to access and navigate through Loan Center.
Your authorization code is the last 4 digits of your social security number
To sign up for an account and electronically sign your loan
1- Click on link in email (located near the bottom)
2- Create account w/email and password (you will need to go into your email and authorize your account)
3- Click on Valley West Mortgage – Disclosures (blue link)
4- Click on your name. There are 3 sections to your disclosures 1- documents to review, 2- documents to sign electronically, and 3- documents to print and sign by hand.
5- Click on “eSign”
6- Read through the Consent To Do Business Electronically and click “I Agree” at the bottom of the page.
7- Enter your authorization code (the last 4 of your social security number)
8- You may click on “Preview All Documents” to view them first or you may start signing. At the bottom of the page you will see “Next page” to move forward.
9- When you come to a page that needs to be e-signed, click on the yellow arrow that says “sign here”. Once you are done, click on “next page”
10- When you reach the end of the electronic package, click “Finish” and once the loan is done processing you can click on “Back to Loan Details”
e-sign을 해야 정확한 내용을 볼 수 있다는 것 같은데..전 단지 견적만 보고싶었던건데...그냥 PDF파일같은걸로 그냥 견적만 보내줄줄 알았는데 뭔가 복잡하고
진행이 되는것 같은 느낌..제가 첫 모기지때는 부동산 에이전트가 소개해준 한국인 브로커에게 진행을 해서 따로 이곳저곳 알아보는것은 첨이라 아무런 정보가
없어요...이 사인을 하고 견적확인해도 제가 너희와 리파이낸스 진행하겠다고 정확한 의사표현을 하지 않거나 락인을 하지 않으면 론이 진행되는것은 아니죠?
