현재 싸웨 예약 캔슬등을 통해 받으신 travel funds 가 9/7/22에 expire되는 분들은 트래블 펀드를 포인트로 convert 할 수 있는 옵션이 12/15까지 있다고 합니다. 전환율은 1.282 cents per mile이라고 하네요. ($128 in travel funds, you can convert those to become 10,000 Southwest points.)
travel fund와 달리 포인트는 expire 되지 않고 account hodler만 쓸 수 있는 travel fund와 달리 포인트 이용으로 삼자 발권도 가능하다는 이점이 있습니다.

- name must match the name on your Rapid Reward account, and

@제이유 님께서 댓글로 리마인드 해주신대로 오늘이 예약 취소를 통해 9/7/22까지 만료되는 travel fund 받을 수 있는 마지막 날입니다.
Today is the last day to cancel a flight to get travel funds with an expiration date of 9/7/22 (needed for this conversion).
Customers’ funds that have expired or will expire between March 1, 2020 and September 7, 2020, will now expire September 7, 2022.
Any travel funds created because you cancel a flight between March 1 – September 7, 2020, will expire September 7, 2022.
