현재 세금에 대한 에스크로는 안하기로 했는데, 리파이낸스 클로징 서류 검토하는 중에 3개월치 프라퍼티 택스가 포함되어 있어 물어보니
"Taxes for disbursement are for the amount due at end of Oct. Any taxes due within 60 days of closing has to be disbursed. In this case if we close on 9/1, first payment will not be due till 11/1, so within 60 days next set will be due"
이라고 하면서 클로징할 때 내야하는 돈 중에 1년 택스의 1/4를 charge 했는데요... 다른 분들도 그런 건지 궁금해서요...
