혹시 마일모아에 신경내과 또는 신경외과 선생님이 계실까요?
운동도 거의 안하고 자세도 좋지 않아 허리/목 통증을 달고 살아오며 심하다 싶으면 한방치료/카이로프로틱 치료로 그때 그때 심할때만 통증만 잡아오며
지내 왔는데 최근 몇달전 부터 양다리가 엉치부터 종아리 앞/뒤 발바닥에 발가락 끝까지 아파와서 내과 선생님의 권유로 MRI 를 찍었습니다.
해서 신경외과 선생님을 뵈려고 오늘 예약을 하려하니 코로나 때문에 빨라야 1개월 뒤에나 선생님을 볼수 있다고 하네요.
MRI 를 찍은곳에서 리포트를 보내 주어서 온라인 사전과 번역기를 이용해서 더듬 더듬 찾아 보는데 디스크하고 talov cyst 라는 물혹이 있다고 하는데
잘 이해가 되지 않아서 마일모아 회원님께 설명 부탁 드립니다.
다리가 방낮으로 안으나 서나 누우나 많이 아파서 한국이라도 가서 치료를 해야 하나 걱정 입니다.
내용은 아래와 같습니다.
Finding 항목에서 L1-L4 까지는 특이사항 없는걸로 이해 했습니다.
L4-LS disc shows decreased signal. There is normal stature. There is central disc herniation by 4 mm with ventral
narrowing of the thecal sac. There is bright signal at the posterior aspect of the a~ulus indicating posterior
annular tear and probable disc herniation. There is moderate narrowing of the left lateral recess and neural
foramen encroaching the exiting nerve root. There is mild to moderate narrowing of the right lateral recess and
neural foramen.
LS-S I disc shows normal signal and stature. There is central disc protrusion by 3: mm with ventral narrowing of
the spinal canal and thecal sac. There is moderate narrowing of the right and left lateral recesses and neural
foramina touching the exiting nerve roots bilaterally. '
Tarlov cyst is seen superior to S2 measuring I cm and inferior measuring 2 cm with slight erosion of the
undersurface of S2.
IMPRESSION:
1. L4-L5 disc shows decreased signal. There is normal stature. There is central disc herniation by 4 mm
with ventral narrowing of the thecal sac. There is bright signal at the poster~or aspect of the annulus
indicating posterior annular tear and probable disc herniation. There is m04erate narrowing of the left
lateral recess and neural foramen encroaching the exiting nerve root. There ~s mild to moderate narrowing
of the right lateral recess and neural foramen.
2. LS-Sl disc shows normal signal and stature. There is central disc protrusion by 3 mm with ventral
narrowing of the spinal canal and thecal sac. There is moderate narrowing of the right and left lateral
recesses and neural foramina touching the exiting nerve roots bilaterally.
3. Two Tarlov cyst are seen posterior to S2 one superior location measuring 1 cm and lOne inferior location
measuring 2 cm which associated slight erosion of the undersurface of S2.
