아는 동생이 저한테 물어보길래 저는 당연히 메일로 직접 보내야 한다고 얘기해줬는데, 저도 마지막으로 NR로 보고한 것이 몇년이나 지나서 혹시나하고 irs 홈페이지를 뒤져보니 NR도 efiling이 가능하다고 나오는 것 같은데요. 마모님들께 컨펌 받고자 질문 드립니다. 이게 언제부터 바뀐 건가요? 아님 코로나 때문에 일시적으로 허용해 주는 건가요?

중간에 What's new 섹션에 보시면 이런 문구가 있네요.
Required e-filing. Tax return preparers must generally e-file Forms 1040-NR for taxable returns filed for tax years ending on or after December 31, 2020, unless filing for a dual status taxpayer, a fiscal-year taxpayer, a trust, or an estate. For these and other exceptions, see Notice 2020-70.
What's new 섹션 바로 위 paragraph에도 이와 같이 나와 있습니다.

그럼 e-filing이 가능한거겠죠? 근데 irs 홈페이지에 e-filing 소프트웨어 선택하는 화면에서는 1040NR이 가능한 소프트웨어를 따로 검색할 수는 없네요. 아무거나 써도 NR로 파일링 할 수 있는 걸까요?
