It looks like Amex has nuked the personal and biz Platinum card free guest policy for Centurion Lounges starting Feb 1, 2023. You will no longer get 2 free guests and the card holder must pay $50 per guest. If you spend $75,000 on your Platinum card between Jan 1, 2022 and Dec 1, 2022, and in each calendar year after, the $50 fee guest fee is waived.
