안녕하세요. 현재 4%, 발란스 202,0000 남아있습니다. 308 페이먼트 남았고, 다시 30년으로 진행중입니다.
fannie mae 로 appraisal waived 되어서 모든 렌더들한테 적용되는걸로 알고있습니다.
대부분 다른 은행들에서 2.75~3% 정도의 interest rate 과, 2000~2200 (A-C) closing cost 견적을 받았습니다.
근데 첨부 되어있는 렌더로부터 2.74% 의 interest rate 과 1400 정도의 closing cost 의 견적을 받아서 lock 해놓은 상태입니다.
다른 렌더들한테 beat 할수 있냐고 물어봤더니, 다들 red flag loan estimate 이라고 하네요. 어느 누가 저를 위해서 공짜로 리파이넨스를 해주냐 .. 나중에 비용이 더 추가 되서 다시 시작해야 될수도 있다는 등등 ...
혹시 이대로 진행 하면 문제가 될것같나요 .. ? 혹시 아시는분 계시면 도움 좀 부탁드릴게요 흑흑
