올 1월달에, CITI AA VISA랑 AMEX 랑 한방치기 해서 둘다 인어받았습니다.
저는 각각 스펜딩 $2,500 채우면 AA 마일 50,0000 마일씩해서, 100,000만 마일 받는거로 알고 있었습니다.
그래서, 각각 $2,500 불씩 썼는데, CITI AA VISA 카드는 50,000마일이 금방 들어오더라구요.
근데 AMEX 는 안들어와서, 오늘 이메일 보내봤더니, 이런 답장이 왔네요.

Our records indicate that your account is enrolled to receive 45,000 American Airline miles once you have spent $5,000.00 in new purchase. These purchases have to be made between December 21, 2012 and April 21, 2013.
Once you have met the spending requirement, you will need to allow 1-2 billing cycles for the miles to appear on your statement. If you have not received the miles after this time, please let us know and we will be happy to investigate the issue.
We can expedite your unbilled miles for a fee of $35.00. Once your unbilled miles have been expedited please allow up to 48 hours for your miles to show on your American Airlines account.
