체이스 체킹 어카운트를 close하면서 capital one chekcing account로 오토페이를 하도록 바꾸었습니다. 그리고 6.13일 자로 chase checking account는 close 되어서 사라졌구요(어플에서 더이상 보이지 않습니다).
근데 6.16일 그리고 6.18일 이틀간 각각 아멕스 카드가 기존 chase account로 차지 해버렸습니다.
그걸 오늘에서야 알고 아멕스 representative와 chat을 해보았씁니다. 그런데 아멕스 레이디 왈,
(시스템에선 변동사항이 기록되어 있지 않다고 하네요)
- On your card account ending XXXXX , it shows that on 16-Jun-2022 a payment of $229.23 was received on the account.. The account number ending digits shows that it has been made from 기존 계좌. Also, I can see that autopay for future payments is now showing as account ending 새계좌(capital one).
- It also shows that the payment was received on 18-Jun-2022 on your Green card account ending XXXX from the account ending 기존 계좌.
이게 어떻게 된 영문인지 모르겠습니다. 체킹 계좌 소유주인 저 조차 체이스에서 제 계좌가 안보이는데(closing 할때 잔액 0이었습니다), 대체 어떻게 received 되었다는 걸까요? 이걸 어디에 문의해야 할까요?
