지난 글 이후로 잊고 있던 Citi Hilton Free Weekend Night Certificate.

지금 Hilton계정을 확인해보니 들어와있군요.

들어온 날짜는 4월 16일입니다.

참고로 제 annual fee date는 3월 14일입니다.

결국, 1월 1일부로 들어오는 것이 아닌,

annual fee date를 기준으로 들어오는 것이네요.

Citi Hilton HHonors Reserve Card 사용시,

매년 만불이상 사용하면 Free Certificate이 나옵니다.(카드발급한해에는 2장)

작년에 이미 만불이상을 사용했기에,

며칠전부터 Hilton홈페이지에서 확인을 해봤는데,

이 Free Certificate이 안보이더군요.

해서 Citi에 문의를 하고(당연히 Citi에서 주는 거라 생각을 하고),

그래도 이거 분명 서로 책임을 떠넘길듯해서 Hilton에도 문의를 했었습니다.

Hilton에서 먼저 답장이 왔습니다.

Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to this matter.  We are terribly sorry that your certificate has not been delivered, however, these certificates are generated by Citi and we must ask that you please contact them so that they may review your credit card account.  Our office does not have access to this information in order to produce the certificates.  Thank you again for contacting us and have a great day.

역시 내 생각이 맞았군하며,

Citi로부터의 답장을 기다립니다.

At the end of each Citi Hilton HHonors Reserve card account membership 

year (your membership year begins the date you became a Citi Hilton 

HHonors Reserve cardmember and resets each year on that date), if you 

have made $10,000 in eligible purchases on the card during that 

membership year, you will earn one (1) weekend night certificate as an 

anniversary bonus. 

After the required spend has been met the certificate will be issued 

from Hilton directly to the email address you have on file with Hilton 

within 6-8 weeks of your membership anniversary date, which is in March.

We thank you for your past business and we hope to continue doing 

business with you in the future.

Thank you for your reply. We are sorry for any confusion. The certificates are generated by Citi directly. Once then send it over, it will be available to you in your HHonors account. We hope that this clears things up. Should you need further assistance, please let us know.
