Award Redemption Example

With Citi Premier® Card, you accrue Citi's ThankYou® Rewards points, which you can transfer to 14 airlines programs.

In particular, you can transfer your ThankYou® points to Virgin Atlantic's Flying Club at 1:1 ratio, so your 60,000 ThankYou® points become 60,000 Virgin points.

Virgin Atlantic is a British-based airline, but it has an interesting array of partner airlines, including All Nippon Airways (ANA) of Japan.

And did you know that it only costs 85,000 Virgin points to fly on ANA's fancy first class, one-way from Chicago to Tokyo?

Here are some pictures that I took from my own trip (2020) on ANA's new first class cabin from Tokyo to Chicago.
