British Air is running this promotion again, last time was around fall of 2011.

If you have a British Air Visa, spend at least $50 at a Michelin Rated Restaurant in NYC and get $50 back. You can do this twice for a total of $100. My of my friends and I have this card because of the 100k mile promotion they had last year, so you can split the bill and everyone gets $50 back.
