저 같은 피해자가 없기 위해 이 글을 작성 합니다.
제가 올 12월에 가족들을 중간 지점인 하와이에 가기 위해 사파이어로 hotels.com UR로 예약을 했습니다. (4points 더 준다고 해서...)
그런데 12월 23일 일정을 제가 12월 21일로 변경할려고 하는데... $75을 내야하는데 21일 좌석이 안 보인다...
그래서 제가 뱅기랑 호텔 다 취소 해 달라고 다시 예약하겠다.
호텔은 그냥 아무런 fee 없이 취소되구, 뱅기는 150불 내라고... 했어요
처음 예약할때는 그런 메세지가 없었거든요.... 취소 및 변경에 대해서 전혀...

분명 리펀 된다고 해서 예약을 했다.. 그런데.. 안 된다고 ㅜㅜ 그러는 것 입니다. 그래서 그럼 150불 주고 캔슬 해 달라고 요청했죠.
호텔 숙박비는 리펀이 되었는데... 뱅기표가 안 들어와서 5월달에 전화해서 리펀 해달라고 나머지 금액도... 한 30분 통화하고 슈퍼바이져 바꿔 주더군요. 그여자 왈 "그 표 원래 리펀 안 된다...." 이렇게 이야기 하더군요... 나완 귀가 차서 그 전에 다른 슈퍼바이져는 다 해 준다고 300불 제외하고 그렇게 이야기 했는데....
왜 넌 안되냐... 그러니깐 갑자기 "호텔도 안 된다"라고 미친 소리를 하더군요. (아래 호텔 관련 사항) | Cancellations and changes | - Prices and hotel availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

- Cancellations or changes made after 6:00 PM (Hawaiian Standard Time) on December 22, 2013 are subject to a hotel fee equal to the first night's rate plus taxes and fees.
- Cancellations or changes made after check-in on December 23, 2013 are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% of the total amount paid for the reservation.

내가 못 헛소리냐고 장난치냐고... 시간 낭비 돈 낭비 말고 내가 돈 돌려달라고 이야기 하니깐
한 20분 홀드 하고 전화를 그냥 끊어 버리더군요... (총 54분 전화통화 함)
정말 어이가 없어서....
그래서 바로 체이스 전화해서 그 건에 대해서 클레임 제기 했습니다.
여러분들도 조심하세요.... 포인트 준다고 해서 다 좋은게 아닙니다.
