삼성 TV제품 쓰시는 분들 필독 (보상관련)

마일리지와는 상관은 없는데 마일모아님 보시고 아니다 싶으시면 삭제하셔도 됩니다.


삼성 LCD, Plasma, DLP TV 를 쓰시는 분중에 아래 모델넘버에 해당하는 제품을 쓰시면 삼성에 연락하셔서 보상을 받을 수 있다고 합니다.


저도 삼성 DLP를 쓰는데 아래 모델에 해당되지 않아 보상은 없네요.. 다른 분들이라도 받으시길 하는 바램에 SD에서 퍼 왔습니다.


밑에 적힌 글에 따르면 TV를 지금 소유하지 않아도 예전에 샀다는 기록만 있어도 보상을 받을 수 있다고 합니다. (샀던 기록은 있어야겠죠.)


3/2일전에 연락하셔서 적절한 보상을 받으시길 바랍니다. (그리고 전자제품은 추가 워렌티를 주는 AMEX  카드로 꼭 결제!!)

Information for reimbursement of $300:

1. Call the Samsung complain line (1-888-899-7602) and complain before March 2nd, 2012.
2. Make sure you have one of the covered symtopms
3. Make sure you know your Model Code 
3. Make sure you have documentation that you purchased the TV AND you no longer have possession of it (receipt of sale to another person who know has your TV, receipt of donation, reciept of recycle, etc... If you don't have documentation proving you no longer have possession or sold it to someone or donate, they will not reimburse you!)
4. make sure you have an TRANSACTION ID that the person on the phone gives to you so you can keep a record of complain you filed over Phone...
5. Fill out the proof of claim form.

If you don't own the TV anymore, you don't need proof that you don't own it... you need proof that you ONCE owned it (proof or purchase, or SEA can verify such a purchase) and that you filed a complaint

So if you filed a complaint, and have the proof or purchase, or have called with the serial number, that implies reasonable documentation of ownership.

You must fill out and submit this form to obtain reimbursement for:

1) Expenses you incurred, prior to March 2, 2012, to evaluate or diagnose the capacitor issue covered by the settlement up to $150

2) Expenses you incurred, prior to March 2, 2012, to fix the capacitor issue covered by the settlement up to $150, or up to $300 if the repair included replacing a power supply board

3) Shipping expenses, including insurance costs, you incurred, prior to March 2, 2012 to fix the capacitor issue covered by the settlement, up to $150

4) A $300 fully transferable debit card if you reported to SEA, prior to March 2, 2012 the capacitor issue covered by the settlement, but did not get it fixed and you now no longer posess your television; or

5) A payment of $50 if, after March 2, 2012, you require more than on repair to fix the capacitor issue covered by the settlement.
