안녕하세요 요즘 마일모아에 너무 많은 신세를 지는 kaidou입니다

제가 이번 12-1월 여행을 대비하고자 하얏 카드를 5일전쯤에 신청했습니다. 그런데 이게 오는데 2주가 넘게 걸린다는군요.  지금부터 2주라면.. 사실상 땡스기빙 직전이고 그때쯤이면 전 떠나기 직전인데 1000불은 언제 쓸꺼며 2 프리나잇은 언제 받고..기타 등등 이유로 조금 다급해졌습니다.

그래서 그저께 체이스에 SM으로 크게 기대는 안가지고 위에 사정을 설명해가며 빨리 보내줄수 있냐고 보냈는데..

어제 이런 답변이 오더군요

Thank you for contacting Chase regarding your new credit 
card.

Upon review, I noticed that your recent request for a new 
Hyatt credit card account has been approved with a 
$12,000.00 credit line. You will receive your new card and
welcome package including account benefits, ATM PIN access
information and checks that access your account under 
separate cover within the next 10 business days.

Further, for your convenience, I have processed your 
request and sent a new card via "Rush Delivery" to the 
mailing address for your account. You should receive it by
one to two business days. You may then destroy the card 
which you have received with the welcome package.

Additionally, to help protect your account, please respond
to this email with your intended departure date, arrival 
date and destination. We will make a notation on your 
account so our security team can monitor activity and help
keep your account secure.
