The government of Myanmar has ordered an adjustment to the IATA Rate of Exchange (IROE) to be effective
from 14 April 2012. IATA had advised that the new IROE has been amended by the Central Bank of
Myanmar to MMK 818 until 30 April 2012. With effect from 1 May 2012, the IROE will change to
MMK 821.

To meet the changes required by the Myanmar government, We has amended the IROE with effect from
today, 18 April, 4pm CT.
