저도 Expedia BRG 는 처음인데요.   Intercontinental Jericho IHG BRG 가 또 승인되어 (^^;;) 다다음번 주말에 갈 때 Ramallah 에도 들렸다 올려고 호텔 찾다가 넣었습니다.  

Ramallah 에는 체인 호텔이 없거든요.... 

Expedia BRG 반응이 빠르게 온다고 들었는데 (보통 4시간 내에 온다는군여), 저의 경우 클레임 넣자마자 한 30분 이내로 답신이 왔습니다. 

Expedia BRG 는 차액 만큼 돌려주고, 1년 동안 유효한 $50 쿠폰을 준답니다.  캔슬 가능한 예약으로 넣었고, "pay at hotel" 옵션 선택했더니, 아래와 같이 답장이 왔네요.

We have checked your itinerary and verified this is a regular hotel itinerary. For reservations of this nature, your credit card information that you provided online served as a guarantee for the reservation. Expedia did not charge your credit card in these reservation. 

A price match cannot be issued until the booking is post-stay. After your travel has completed, simply reply to this e-mail and attach the items listed below and we will process your refund of USD8.00. 

In addition, we will add $50 Best Price Guarantee Coupon to your account within 6 to 8 weeks after your qualifying travel itinerary has been completed. Changed or cancelled bookings are not eligible to receive the coupon. Once signed in, access the "My Account" link and select the "View My Coupons" link to view the coupon and its terms of use. 

Please submit receipts within 30 days after travel has been completed so that BPG refund can be issued. When attaching the receipt, please black out any personal information, such as home address, credit card number, and so on.
