 작년 5월에 CI-TI AA 10만마일 카드로 마모에 입문했습니다

어쩌어찌 하다보니 11월경까지 $40,000 을 넘게 썼는데요(비지니스 하기 때문입니다)

카드 만들때 본게 생각나는게 있는데

Elite Qualifying Miles7

Each calendar year when you reach $40,000 in spending on purchases with your Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive credit card, you will earn 10,000 AAdvantage® elite qualifying miles from American Airlines to put you on the fast track to American Airlines AAdvantage® elite status membership. Elite qualifying miles can only be used toward attaining AAdvantage® elite status levels that are explained and defined in the Elite Qualification Requirements section. Purchases made from additional cards on the primary cardmember's account will count toward the primary cardmember's qualifying spend for Elite Qualifying Miles. Additional cardholders do not earn this benefit

이 10,000 마일 받으려면 어디에 요구해야 하는가요?

그냥 기다리면 알아서 주는가요?

주는건 악착같이 챙겨 먹어야 하는데 방법을 모르겠습니다
