아부다비 갈 일이 있어, 비는 날짜에 호텔 함 잡아봤습니다. 아직 날짜/일정이 확실치 않아서 개인 호텔 예약은 반드시 refundable rate 이어야 하기 때문에 이렇게 함 시도해봤습니다. 

Hyatt BRG 아시는 분은 이미 다 아시는 내용이지만, 복습(우리의 살길은 복습뿐... 이라고 순둥 회장님이... 응?) 삼아 올립니다. 

1)  하얏 공홈에서는 non-refundable 로 약 $380 ($327 + tax for 2 nights) 나옵니다. 

2) [아래 참고] AMOMA.com 찾은 가격 ($282) 역시 non-refundable 입니다. 

3) 당근 예약 안 걸고 일단 클레임부터 고고~  

3)  [아래 참고] 당췌 어떻게 환전해서 계산하는지 제 알바 아니나 $88 (323.35 AED) + tax 로 승인되어 나옵니다 (왠지 에이전트 실수인듯? 걍 냅둡니다. ㅋㅋ)

4) 근데 클레임 승인된 메일에서도 에이전트가  "non-refundable" + "full prepayment" 라고 콱~ 찍어서 보내줍니다 (흑..)

여기서 굴복하지 않습니다.  - -

5) 일단 "refundable" 한 rate 로 예약 걸고 전화 돌립니다. cancellation policy 에 대해 입벙끗 안하고  rate 조정해달라 합니다. 

6) 에이전트가  rate 조정 다 했다 그러면, 잠시 기둘려 달라 하고 전화 끊지 말고 바로 로그인해서 예약 디테일 체크해 봅니다. 

- cancellation policy 가 non-refundable 로 바뀌었으면 당장 그 자리에서 놀란척 하며 (- -;;),  "어, 이거 non-refundable 로 바뀌었네, 나 일정 확실하지 않은데 방금 한 예약 취소해 줘" 합니다.  

- cancellation policy 가 refundable rate 에 예약했을 때랑 고대로 같은 상태로 남아있으면 "음... 조정된 거 잘 확인했어, 고마워" 하며 끊습니다.  

7) 오늘 운수가 좋은지, refundable rate 의 cancellation policy 로 고대로 남아있습니다. ㅎㅎ
