무슨 IHG 중동/아시아쪽 프로모 등록하기 위해서,  IHG account 의 주소지를 미국에서 한국(아시아)으로 바꿔놓았는데요. BRG rate adjustment 가 안 되면 (이게 된 적이 거의 없는데..), 미국 주소로 되어 있으면 보통 reimbursement US$ check 으로 보내준다고 합니다. 주소가 아시아 쪽이니까 며칠 전 아래와 같이 연락오더군요.

In order to fulfill the BPG promise of providing the first night free for reservation xxxx, we will reimburse the amount paid via funds transfer. You can expect to receive payment six weeks after the stay.

그래서 다 적어보냈습니다.  (이전에 이스라엘에서 이거 보내본 경험으로는 위의 Guest information 과 Bank information 의 "국가"가 동일해야 한다더군요).  그랬더니 아래와 같이 답이 옵니다.

원래 이 인터콘 프론 데스크 매니저 옵빠들이 좀 스마트하고 프로페셔널하긴 한데 IHG 에서 연락오니 바로 처리했나 봅니다. 이럼 IHG Accelerate 프로모 적용 안 될텐데... 흑흑. 

체크인 할 때 그 아는 매니저 옵빠 뙇!!! 지키고 서 있는거 아닌지 (오마이갓, 니 뇬이 바로 BRG 때린 뇬이렷다! 라는 표정으로... - -;;;), IHG 가 BRG 클레임 승인 받은 호텔에 벌금 때린다고 알고있습니다만... 흑흑.  미안해서 매니저 옵빠 줄려고 와인 한병 들고 갑니다. 에휴. 

근데 예약 정보 온라인으로 확인해 보니, 전혀 adjusted 안 되어 있고 제가 해 놓은 그대로 되어 있는데요 (약 $300). 모가 이따구인지.  - -

하튼 머 일단 걱정은 없이 가는데, 가서 IHG 카드 당당히!!! - - 긁고 나온 후에  international wire transfer 로 reimbursement 받았으면 제일 좋은데, 아숩네요.
