요 flash sale 을 노렸습니다. ㅎㅎ
flash sale 하니까 (flash sale 가격은 non-refundable), 밑에 보이듯이 third party standard room ("cancelable rate") 가격도 덩달아 내려갑니다 (모든 호텔이 다 이런건 아니구요..몇몇 군데). 물론 cancellation policy 는 3-4일 차이나더군요. 밑져야 본전이니까 일단 힐똥 공홈 가서 "취소가능 예약"으로 하고, 클레임 넣습니다. claim form note 에다가 "full refund rate" 라고만 강조해 써서 보냅니다. (물론 구체적인 cancellation policy date 는 안 적어 보냅니다. ㅋ)
요즘 힐똥 BRG 정신차린 것 체계가 잡힌 것 같습니다. 프로세스 무지 빠릅니다.

현재 A호텔에서 BRG 클레임 승인 받고 가격 떨어져 있는 상태인데요, 만약 다른 OTA에서 가격이 더 떨어져 있을 경우에는 BRG 클레임을 어떻게 신청해야 하나요?
아래 답변 온 거 보면 감 잡히시죠? ㅋ 사실 전 그 같은 날짜 있던 예약 취.소.하고 다시 넣은 건데 느무 금방 다시 넣어서 그런지 (- -;;) 취소한 예약이 그쪽 시스템에 아직 업뎃 안 되었었나 봐요.
