You have a prepaid reservation that can't be changed. However, E-Z Rent-a-Car does offer a courtesy refund if you make a new prepaid E-Z Rent-a-Car reservation on CarRentals.com. If you decide to do this, please send us both confirmation numbers (the one to be cancelled, and the one to be kept), and we will contact E-Z on your behalf regarding the refund. This offer is valid for a month from today, and can be for a reservation for anywhere up to a year from now.

If you are unable to make a new prepaid reservation, E-Z Rent-a-Car does offer an exception of a refund minus their $50 cancellation fee. This option can only be taken as long as more than 24-hour notice before the pick-up time is given. If this option is better for you, please let us know.

Again, if you are selecting the first option, make sure you are booking a prepaid reservation with E-Z Rent-a-Car through CarRentals.com to qualify for a refund. Unfortunately, E-Z will not issue a courtesy refund if you book with a car rental company other than them.
