계속 까먹고 있다가 한달여만에 기억나서, 어제 Etihad CEO 이메일 주소로 딱 한줄 보냈습니다. 

"날짜, 비행편(EY 11 A380 F Apt AUH->LHR), 클래스, 시트, 샤워 시설 작동 불가  & 이용 불가했음” 

처음 보딩했을 때는 샤워 시설에 문제가 있어 현재 고치고 있다고, 샤워 언제 할 건지 시간 물어보고 다니더라구요. 비행 중 몇 시간 있다 왈, “느무 지송. 샤워 작동 안 해서 아무도 샤워 못 함”   응?     사실 장거리도 아니고, 샤워는 지난번에 해봐서 이번에 하기 귀찮기도 하고, 새벽에 떨어져 바로 리무 타고 호텔 가서 샤워할 거라 저야 크게 상관 없었지만… 

하튼, CEO 직통으로 보내니 바로 조사한다 답장 오더니, 담날 바로 결론.

에띠하드 마일 가치에 대한 개념이 잘 없어서, 적당한 보상인지는 잘 모르겠네요. 

에띠하드 2만 마일로 (현 구좌에 있는 것과 합쳐 3만 마일 정도) 뭘 할 수 있을지 모르겠네요. 

비행 후기는 담에 기회되면.  요즘 카타르 A380 First/Biz 매우 impressed 되고 만족해서 그런지, (10시간 이상 장거리면 확실히 advantage 가 있겠지만, 이런 중거리에서는) 에띠하드는 아파트라도 newness 가 사라지니 살짝~ 좀 별로더라구요. 그래도 오밤중에 뜯었던 steak 요리는 지금까지 먹어본 in-flight steak 중 최고였던 듯. 마늘도 잘 구워서 나오고. ㅎㅎ
