최근에 아멕스에서 한사람당 크레딧카드 보유 수를 4개에서 5개로 늘려줬다는 소식이있네요..
Flyertalk 에 많은 discussion 이있는데 많은 사람들이 5개째 카드를 받기 시작했다는 소식을 공유하고있네요.
어떤사람의 말을 따르면 최근 규정이 변경되었다고 합니다.
덕분에 저도 나중에 동굴에서 나올때 아멕스 카드를 하나 신청하려구요 (Everyday)

I already had 4 non-charge Amex cards and I applied for Surpass. I had to call in for it, and I had to speak to a special department. The agent there said my application went to them because "until a few weeks ago there was a limit of 4 cards per customer but now the limit is 5" so she approved it without issue.

카드회사들이 계속 줄이기만 하더니 이젠 풀어주기도 하는군요~
비즈니스카드도 보너스 평생한번으로 변경하고 카드 갯수 풀어 줬나 보네요.
채팅으로 물어 봤는데 리밋이 없다고 하네요. 혹시나 해서 다른 상담원한테도 물어 봤구요. 좋은 소식이네요.

만들고 싶은만큼 만들어도 된다고요. 대신 보너스는 한번만.

이것도 코스트코의 여파일까요.
기존에 Amex Credit Card 4개 보유(Charge카드 제외)하고 있었구요. 가장최근 Amex신청은 1월에 Amex Hilton Surpass였습니다. 이글 보고 어제 Amex Everyday Preffered 30K(via express VPN)신청해서 펜딩. 오늘 아침 전화해서 Amex 5번째 카드로 승인받았습니다.^^
5번째 카드 신청했습니다.
혹시나 하는 마음에
현재 개인 - Costco, SPG
회사 - Delta & SPG
신청하니 바로
"Thank you for applying for the Hilton HHonorsTM SurpassSM Card. Your application has been received and will be processed as soon as possible and we will notify you of the decision by mail within 14 days.
Thank you for applying."
Costco는 15년 사용
나머지는 1-2년 됐습니다.
결과 나오면 다시 업데이트 하겠습니다.
저도 5번째 카드 (일반 Hilton Amex) 신청했습니다.
2주안에 결과를 알려주겠다고 합니다. Approval을 기대합니다.

비즈 - SPG
와이프 Referral Link 타고 신청 했습니다.
결과 나오면 다시 업데이트 하겠습니다.
5번째 Hilton Surpass 승인 났습니다.
이제 진짜로 AMEX가 5까지 가능한가 보네요.....
