안녕하세요 잡오퍼에 대해서 질문하고 싶습니다.

아무래도 제가 사회경험이 많이 딸리다 보니 여기 계시는 인생선배분들께 질문을 하고싶네요.

첫 잡오퍼를 받았습니다. 처음 풀타임 잡이다 보니 헷갈리는게 굉장히 많네요.


1. 제가 받는 샐러리에 메디컬같은 베네핏이 포함되어있는건가요? 아니라면 제가 가서 패키지를 고르는건가요?

그럼 그 고른 패키지만큼 제 페이쳌에서 나가겠죠?? 


2. 게시판에서 401K 관련글을 본적이 있는데 거기서는 몇% 얼마까지 적혀있던것 같은데 그냥 1년동안은 전 해당사항 없으니 무시해도 될까요?


3. 대부분 잡오퍼를 받았을때 베이스 샐러리만큼 중요한게 보너스 및 베네핏이라고들 말씀하시는데요,

저는 보너스가 없는건가요? 


아 그리고 마지막 줄에 언제든지 회사를 그만두거나 해고당할수있다 라고 하는데 원래 그런건가요? 보통 2주라고 알고있어서요...

많은 도움 주시면 감사하겠습니다.


AAAA는 회사이름 부분을 제가 바꾼것입니다


"Compensation:

Your compensation will be at a bi-weekly salary of $x,xxx.xx per AAAA pay period. You will also be eligible to participate in the Company’s benefit plans, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations contained in the applicable policies, plan documents and as defined below.

Health Benefits:

Medical coverage will be available the 1st of the month following the completion of the first full month of employment. Limited Dental and Vision coverage is also available, based on the applicable corporate medical plan at the time of your employment. Employees will be notified of the deadline to select coverage. The company contribution is subject to change at corporate discretion.

Other Benefits:

* 401K Eligibility: 1 year from hiring date – limited company matching

* Vacation: 10 days annually – accrues per pay period from date of hire

* Sick time: 5 days annually – accrues per pay period from date of hire

* General 8 holiday’s off with pay

New Years Day Labor Day

President’s Day Thanksgiving Day

Memorial Day Day after Thanksgiving

4th of July Christmas Day

Note: Should a holiday fall on a weekend, no additional business days will be given off. Holidays are subject to change at corporate discretion.
