categorized in the appropriate Department Store 

categories. I see that the charges from 

BergdorfGoodman.com were classified as Direct Marketing - 

Combination Catalog and Retail Merchants. Therefore, the 

adjustment you requested cannot be made because the 

merchant is not in an eligible category (Department 

Store).
