게시판에 보면 별별 황당한 경우를 겪으신 분들의 경험담이 꽤 되는데..저도 좀 골치 아픈 일이 생겨서 조언을 구해보려합니다.

 

사건은 제 와이프에게 일어났는데요..

 

작년 말에 해를 넘기기 전에 AMEX airline credit을 놓칠 뻔 하다가 부랴부랴 싸웨 기카를 모으기로 맘 먹었습니다. 

 

제가 가진 3장의 카드로 일주일정도 먼저 구입하고 credit을 확인 한 다음에 와이프 카드 사용하였습니다.

 

12/18 : 플랫 1장과 PRG 1장을 들고 싸웨 공홈에서 각각 $200, $100을 구입하였습니다.

12/19 : credit이 잘 들어왔나 매일 로그인 해봅니다.

12/21 : 크레딧이 잘 들어왔습니다.

1월초 : 플랫 statement가 날라왔는데 $200이 청구가 되었습니다. 이상하다 싶어 로그인 해보니 12/18 $200, 12/20 -$200, 웬걸 12/20 $200이 또 있는 것을 발견합니다.

1월초 : 바로 chat해서 따졌습니다. 한 번 만 썼는데 두번 청구 되었다..근데 정상적인 청구라고 하면서 dispute쪽으로 넘긴다 하더군요..

(혹시나 해서 이메일을 확인 했지만 기카는 분명이 18일에 두 개 사서 제 이메일로 배달된 기록 뿐이었습니다.

1/22 : important 메세지가 배달 되었다는 메일이 와서 잘 처리 되었나 싶었는데...

싸웨에서 purchase 기록이 있다고 하면 어떤 문의를 해야 확인이 가능할까요?

실제 기카 구입 후에 받은 메일에 보면 order #가 있던데..내가 구입한 order 넘버를 찾아 달라고 해볼가 합니다만..

 

혹시 더 좋은(아니면 확실한) 방법을 조언 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

기프트 카드 산게 다 들통이 나버렸네요...메일 보고 뜨끔했습니다. AMEX가 무섭게 나올까봐요....휴..
