작년 12월에 아틀란타 공항근처 Hampton Inn Atlanta-Airport 1888 Sullivan Road, College Park 에 Non-refundable 2월 8일에 방 2개 ($286) 를 예약을 했는데 호텔 메니져가 호텔이 Comfort inn 으로 바뀐다고 힐튼 포인트를 못받게 되니 취소를 하면 자기가 리펀드 해주겠다고 통화를 했습니다.
그래서 메니져가 1월 중순에 제 예약을 없애 버리고 7-8일 기다리면 크레딧카드에 환불이 들어올 거라고 이메일을 받아서...
당연히 2월8일 햄튼인 대신에 홈우드에서 자고 리펀드를 기다리는데 깜깜 무소식이라...
크래딧 카드 (Amex Delta) 사에 Dispute을 3 번 했는데 모두 실패하고 다시 디스퓻 한 상태입니다.
힐튼에 연락하니 리펀드는 호텔에서 해줘야 한다고 자기네 권한이 아니라고..
그래서 다시 호텔에 연락하니 보이스로 메세지만 남기게 하더라구요...
정말 이런일로 시간들을 허비하는게 정말 짜증이나네요
그리고 환불을 받는다는 보장도 없네요.....
여기서 교훈은 호텔은 돈을 조금 더 주더라도 반듯이 refundable로 하는게 좋다 입니다.

Please be advised effective January 21, 2018, the hotel will no longer part of Hampton Hotels and Hilton HHonors™ portfolio. Our hotel will become a Comfort Inn by Choice hotel. All stays after this transition date will not earn HHonors Points at this hotel.
If you would like to adjust your reservation to another Hilton Brand hotel, please contact one of our Reservations and Customer Care representatives at hiltonhhonors.com or call 1-800-HAMPTON to adjust your reservation. All reservation not adjusted or canceled as of January 21rd will be added to the Comfort Inn Choice system to be honored here at our location.
