성공한 dp 가 레딧에 올라와서 공유해봅니다.

골드에서 플랫 챌린지 16박한 사람이고, 11박 paid + 5박 어워드 숙박하여 플랫 달성했네요.

나머지 내용은 대충 매리엇 CSR 그지 같다는 내용인듯...

 

Marriott Platinum Challenge Data Point:

I have successfully completed the challenge and am now Plat Status.

1) award stays did count for me. I completed this with 11 paid nights and 5 award.

2) what I have been told by two different supervisor level CSR at Marriott is that awards stays count depending on when you signed up for the challenge. They changed the terms at some point in I believe October from allowing them to count to not allowing them to count. If you signed up before the change they count, if not they don’t. This accounts for some of the confusion around this (but not all... train your people better please!)

3) if awards stays are supposed to count for you call and make sure they are. I had to get them to manually add all of my awards nights cause it won’t happen automatically.. Don’t be shy about asking for a supervisor, and also GET A CASE NUMBER AND DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. if you don’t you will probably have to do it again later. Frontline reps are woefully clueless on this.

리스타리엇 통합전 있었던 리츠카드 러쉬로 플랫 획득에 실패하신 분들을 위한 (저요,,,ㅠ)  소식입니다..

 

통합후에 사라졌던 매리엇 플랫/골드 챌린지가 다시 돌아왔습니다.

 

1. 등록하시려면 Marriott Rewards 801-468-4000, 또는 SPG, 888-625-4988. 에 전화하셔서 매리엇/SPG 티어 챌린지 하고 싶다고 언급하시면

어떤 상담원을 만나느냐에 따라 쉽게 등록 할 수 있습니다. 아직 숙지를 못한 상담원이 많다고 합니다. ;;

등록후에는 챌린지 신청했다는 confirmation email을 보내달라고 요청하세요,

 

2. 현재 실버 멤버 -> 골드 챌린지 그리고 현재 골드 멤버 -> 플랫 챌린지 에 도전 할 수 있습니다.

달성 조건은 아래와 같습니다.

• Earn Marriott Gold after staying 8 nights in 3 months (Stay가 아닌 Nights)
• Earn Marriott Platinum after staying 16 nights in 3 months (Stay가 아닌 Nights)

 

그리고 챌린지는 3년에 한번씩만 가능하다고 하니, 2018년에 등록하시면 2021년 12월31일까지는 다시 도전을 못하십니다.

어떤 블로그 유저가 확인하기로는 award night을 쓴것도 유효 night으로 쳐준다고 합니다. (이 부분에 대해서는 확인이 필요합니다) *9/12: 가능하다고 확인되었습니다!
