처음으로 Amex-SPG의 extended warranty service를 이용해보고자 합니다.

문제의 제품은 blackberry사의 태블렛이구요

1년전에 두개를 구매했는데(하나는 한국 부모님께) wireless card에 문제가 있는지 wifi가 자꾸 끊깁니다.

저희집 네트워크가 다른 wireless device 로는 전혀 문제 없구요

그리고 sound도 됐다 안됐다…

아무도 안사는 제품 사서 나름 자부심가지고 써왔는데, 아무래도 갈아탈때가 된거 같아요.

제가 가지고 있는 문제(wifi와  sound)라면 Amex에서 extended warranty 서비스 받을수 있을까요?

왠만하면 full credit 받아서 Galaxy tab으로 바꾸고싶어요.

Blackberry Playbook warranty Exclusions and limitation

This limited warranty does not apply

1.       To consumable parts, such as batteries, unless the damage was caused by a defect in materials or workmanship

2.       To normal wear and ear

3.       If any component of blackberry playbook is disassembled, modified or repaired by someone not authorized by RIM

4.       To physical damage to the surface of the Blackberry playbook including but not limited to cracks or scratches on the LCD

5.       To damage caused by misuse, exposure to moisture or liquids, proximity or exposure to heat, accident, abuse, or neglect

6.       To manage to the playbook caused by operation or use outside the permitted or intended uses described by RIM
