For your protection, we no longer allow customers to use a checking or savings account associated with one chase.com User ID to pay a credit card associated with a different Chase Online User ID. If you done this in the past, you can continue to make such payments, but only between these same two accounts.

 

An alternative is to make a one-time electronic payment from your Chase checking or savings account.

  Here's how:

  - Sign in to the chase.com User ID associated with that account and use Chase Bill Pay.

  - Create a new Payee.

  - Enter the entire credit card account number.

 

Another alternative is to use AutoPay on chase.com or the Chase mobile(R) app.

 Here's how:

  - You'll need to link your online profiles so that the checking and credit card account use the same chase.com.

  - To do so, please call 1-877-242-7372, option 2.

  - Have your credit card and the debit card associated with your checking account available when you call.
