라파즈에서 우유니 왕복 비행기를 아마스조나즈로 예약중에 11살 아이 표 예약중 있었던 일입니다.
11살 아이를 Child로 발권하려 하면 '여행할때 아이는 11살 미만이어야 합니다'라는 에러가 발생합니다.
11살 어른으로 발권하려하면 '어른 나이는 최소 12살이 되어야 합니다' 라는 에러 메세지를 주네요.

최근 쿠스코-라파즈 라탐 에어 취소 메일후 예약할때는 3번만에 가능했습니다.

보내준 페이먼트 링크는 한번만 사용 가능한데 이게 카드회사에서 디클라인을 하면 항공사에 다시 페이먼트 링크를 요청해야 합니다.
저는 체이스 카드로 결재했는데 처음 라파즈-우유니 결제를 위해서 체이스와 한 너댓번은 통화한듯해요.
그때 배운바로는 customer representative가 아닌 fraud department와 통화해서 노트를 남겨야 한다는 것이었습니다.
